Summary
We have built a system that centrally manages inventory and sales data across multiple malls and our own e-commerce site, using an AI model that takes lead time into account to automatically predict products that are at high risk of stockouts in the future. The results are instantly notified via Slack and email, and the situation can also be visualized on a dashboard. This project reduces the workload of our clients' inventory management tasks while significantly lowering the risk of lost opportunities.

Challenge
The client has been extremely busy with daily operations while managing multiple sales channels, leading to a situation where inventory management has been lagging. In particular, there have been frequent stockouts of popular products, and delays in restocking have resulted in lost sales opportunities, impacting revenue. Additionally, the need to check multiple systems individually to understand the inventory status has placed a heavy burden on the staff and has led to a reliance on individual knowledge, which has also become a challenge.
