Built a cloud-based data platform that centrally integrates user purchasing and behavior data, inventory information, and external factors (such as weather), accelerating decision-making and implementation of measures. Achieved a data-driven PDCA from visualizing management dashboards to optimizing ad delivery and planning CRM initiatives.

We built a website that intuitively conveys the brand's vision and the appeal of its products for the American market. We adopted Framer as our CMS to achieve a modern and stylish design quickly and cost-effectively. The site also accommodates 3D product images and detailed specifications, providing ample information for B2B customers. To emphasize a local touch, we welcomed a designer residing in the U.S. to the team, carefully crafting localized expressions that include both copy and visuals.

In this project, we digitized the product introduction and estimation process that had previously been conducted through paper catalogs and PDFs, creating a web application that allows customers to select the best products for their needs on the web and complete their estimates. Additionally, by integrating the estimation information into the sales system, we significantly improved the efficiency of the sales team's response. We also incorporated a 3D preview feature for product layout simulation, providing a more intuitive product selection experience. This project provided comprehensive support from requirements definition through design, implementation, and maintenance.

We have developed a seamless matching service that allows users to meet and connect in a more intuitive and安心 way, across both web and app platforms. From compatibility diagnosis and recommendation algorithms to features such as video calls, we co-create the entire service experience from scratch, including business operation design. We provided consistent support from design and development to maintenance operations while closely collaborating with clients.

In addition to optimizing for smartphones, implementing SEO measures, and refreshing information architecture, we significantly improved performance for both user experience and search engines through a lightweight and modern front-end design.

We built a system that centralizes inventory and sales data across multiple malls and our e-commerce site, using an AI model to predict future stockout risks. Results are instantly sent via Slack and email, and a dashboard visualizes the status, reducing inventory management workload and minimizing lost opportunities.
