We have developed a seamless matching service that allows users to meet and connect in a more intuitive and安心 way, across both web and app platforms. From compatibility diagnosis and recommendation algorithms to features such as video calls, we co-create the entire service experience from scratch, including business operation design. We provided consistent support from design and development to maintenance operations while closely collaborating with clients.

Challenge
The client was facing challenges not only in creating a system for matching users but also from the perspective of "what kind of experience should be provided." They were struggling with existing reference services, as they could not leverage their unique strengths, making differentiation difficult. Additionally, the business flow that serves as the premise for function development was unclear, and they were looking for a development partner who could accompany them from the stage of identifying necessary functions and defining requirements.
The client was facing challenges not only in creating a system for matching users but also from the perspective of "what kind of experience should be provided." Additionally, the business flow that serves as the premise for function development was unclear, and they were looking for a development partner who could accompany them from the stage of identifying necessary functions and defining requirements.
Approach
We first visualized the overall UX flow of the service and conducted experience design considering user behavior patterns, psychological changes, and operational workflows. Based on this, we planned and implemented key features such as video calls, recommendation logic, and compatibility diagnosis functions to enhance matching accuracy and user engagement. We also focused on consistent UI design between the web and the app, pursuing optimization in a cross-platform technical aspect. Furthermore, we worked closely with the client's operational staff to concurrently advance the design of operational procedures such as inquiry responses and user review flows. Even after development, we consistently support ongoing feature improvements, server maintenance, and fault responses, contributing to the stable operation of the service.
